Aggressive Parents Cause Egg Hunt to be Cancelled!

A community Easter egg hunt was canceled this year in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The reason? Over-aggressive parents (AKA Helicopter Parents) ruined last year's event due to their horrible behavior. More of the story can be found here:

I could understand trying to be involved with your children, but that just crosses the line. How do kids learn everything if their parents always shield them from the consequences, or learning from what they failed to do?

Let the children play and the adults must stay away.

Small games and fun. Also enough candy for everyone.

Learn of the message that it gives. Have fun, respect eachother, be good.
